Improving your production

The production is the heart of the company.
Finally the production decides about the uniformity, the wins or losses, the quality of the end products.
First the logistic needs a good research; which materials you have, which handlings have to be done (milling/screening etc.), how is the best routing for the lowest costs and the highest efficacy.
To improve uniformity (a very important issue for your customer) mixing might be needed, screening settings might me changed sometimes etc.
And than we know that after mixing different materials, there is always a loss of volume. Therefore it is important to have a good system to know how much you loose to avoid a too low salesprice.
